Return and Refund Policy

Faulty Items:
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at delwyn@mrmoney.co.nz with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty item.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Change of Mind:
- Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final unless the item is faulty.
