All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day, provided the item is in stock.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email or phone with an estimated restock date and shipping timeline.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, deliveries occur within 1-3 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipment to P.O. boxes:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Mr Money Jewellery is not responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties and taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders to Australia are processed and shipped within 1 business day, provided the item is in stock and the purchase is made before 11 AM New Zealand time.
Orders placed after 11 AM New Zealand time will be shipped the next business day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Next-day delivery is available for items in stock and ordered before 11 AM New Zealand time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Mr Money Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Mr Money Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
